Powder House (ongoing)

This project includes the construction of two new duplex buildings in the town of Amenia. These buildings are built using the Passive House Institute principals and include solar so they should achieve Net Zero energy usage. Not only are the buildings efficient and comfortable, but they also provide much needed housing in the town of Amenia. They will hopefully serve as a test case for more housing to come in the area.
